Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of electrotherapy and heart stimulation equipment.

2. The concise description of the subject of the contract is Annex 2 and 2a to SWZ.

3. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the principles and conditions described in the contract template constituting Annex 5 to Swz.

4. Including dictionary of orders:

a) CPV: 33158200-4 electrotherapy devices

b) cpv: 33182200-1 devices for stimulating heart work

5. The resource allows for the possibility of submitting partial offers.

6. Duration of the order- 12 months, the duration of the order may be extended by The Ordering Party if the Employer did not use the amount of the assortment specified in the subject of the contract.

7. The current order of the current order: maximum 3 days from the date of order.

8. Dotyaws will take place each time after the Buyer has submitted a telephone order and confirmed in writing, containing the type and amount of equipment ordered.

9. For the implementation of the contract, the seller will entrust to the buyer in a deposit full sets regarding the subject of the contract in the quantity:

2 pieces for package No. IV, IVA, V, VA.

3 pieces for the package I, Ia, III, IIIa.

5 pieces for the package II, iia, VI.

ATTENTION! The contracting authority in the scope of the indicated packages in Annex 2a is obliged to lend programmers for the duration of the contract with the possibility of extension to 10 years. Model of the loan agreement, is Annex 5A to SWZ.
