task 1. Welding machine - laser cleaner task 2. CX300 radio communication tester or equivalent task 3. APM-424 V5 MK XII TS tester w/KIV-77 or equivalent 1. The subject of the order is the supply of brand new, specialized equipment workshop for aviation technology in the range and quantities specified in the Price Form constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 2. The Ordering Party divided the subject of the order into 3 parts (tasks), in accordance with the Price Form constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party requests that the evidence indicated in Chapter IV of the SWZ be submitted along with the offer. 4. The Ordering Party does not plan to exercise the option right. 5. Pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidation contract award procedure if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to use to finance the contract are not awarded to it. 6. Detailed terms and conditions of the contract are specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 7. The Ordering Party informs that pursuant to Art. 126 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, before selecting the most advantageous offer, it will call upon the Contractor whose offer was rated highest in the procedure to submit within the prescribed period, not shorter than 10 days, valid as of the date of submission of the subjective evidence indicated in the procurement documents. 8.
