1. The subject of this order is the delivery of brand new equipment and software free from legal and physical defects for conducting eye tracking tests, hereinafter referred to as the Equipment.2. Subject to the additional provisions below of this section, technical and scope description of the subject of this order [technical, qualitative parameters and other minimum properties required by the Ordering Party for the Equipment (including additional elements) constituting the subject of the delivery referred to in section 1 this section is included in Appendix No. 2 to SWZ.3.
