Tender Details

The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Law. The ordering party awards the contract in parts, each of which constitutes an object separate proceedings. The procedure is conducted as an open tender in accordance with Art. 132 of the Public Procurement Law. The subject of the order is the supply of equestrian equipment without division into parts. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code: 18910000-1 Articles saddlery. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Annexes No. 1, 1.1. and No. 4 to the SWZ, i.e.: Offer form with the Product and Price Specification and Drafted provisions of the contract. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. Justification for the lack of division into parts: the delivery is homogeneous, constitutes a whole and cannot be divided. Division of the subject of the contract could result in the inability to achieve the purpose of the awarded contract and contribute to increasing costs implementation of the subject of the order on the part of the Ordering Party.
