The subject of the order is "Supply of preparations for enteral nutrition". The subject of the order is divided into 2 parts/Packages, each of which constitutes a separate subject of the order: Package No. 1 - Delivery of industrial diets for enteral nutrition Package No. 2 - Delivery of food for special medical purposes 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is available in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ. 3. The subject and conditions of the implementation of this order must be consistent with the Act of September 6, 2001, Pharmaceutical Law and other applicable legal provisions in this regard. 4. The Ordering Party does not provide for this possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 8 of the Public Procurement Law. 5. The subject of the order was quantified based on the portions: tubes, bottles, ampoules, vials, tablets, etc. 6. The Ordering Party allows for the replacement of the drug form with within: solution for preparing a solution for infusion, concentrate/solution for preparing a solution for infusion, solution for infusion and tablets, capsules, coated tablets if the form does not affect the required release profile of the active substance.
