1. The subject of the order is: Delivery of engineering equipment as part of the task Implementation of the OLiOC Program for 2025 - 2026 in the Wolbrz Commune - Area II. Logistics security and ensuring continuity of supplies.2. The order is divided into 2 parts: I. Part I- Purchase of a sand and salt plant as part of the task: Implementation of the OLiOC Program for 2025 - 2026 in the Wolbrz Commune - Area II. Logistics security and ensuring continuity of supplies within the scope of own tasks.1) The implementation of the task will consist in the delivery a brand new salt sanding machine in accordance with the description of the subject of the order, which constitutes Annex No. 8a to the SWZ, and the draft contract, which constitutes Annex No. 6a to the SWZ.
