The subject of the order is the supply of endoscopic tools and accessories in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annexes No. 1A - 1E to this specification. 2.Expiration date of the subject of the order may not be less than 12 months from the date of delivery. 3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to ask the Contractors, at the stage of examination and evaluation of offers, to provide samples of the offered subject of the contract in order to test them and check 4. The remaining terms of the order are specified in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROCEDURE AND THE METHOD OF ASSESSING THE MEETING OF THESE CONDITIONS Contractors who meet the requirements may apply for the award of the contract conditions specified in Art. 57 of the Public Procurement Law and Art. 112 section 2 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e.: 1) are not subject to exclusion 2) meet the conditions for participation in the proceedings regarding: a) ability to enter into business transactions - none b) authorization to conduct a specific business business or professional activity - none c) economic or financial situation - none d) technical or professional ability - none 3.
