The subject of the order is the supply of endoscopic tools and accessories in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annexes No. 1A - 1K to specifications. 2. The validity period of the subject of the order cannot be shorter than 12 months from the date of delivery. 3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to ask Contractors, at the stage of examination and evaluation of offers, to provide samples of the offered item. orders in order to test and check them (applies to packages 1, 2, 4-10). 4. The remaining terms of the order are specified in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 1.
