Tender Details

1. Subject: Delivery of endoprostheses and other implants (elements). A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the contract template which is Annex No. 3 to the SWZ and the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) which is Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. The provisions of the SWZ should be read together with any changes to the content of the SWZ, which are:e.g., the result of responses to Contractors' inquiries. 2. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. 3. The ordering party does not require the execution of the order by sheltered workshops, social cooperatives or other contractors covered by the provisions of Art. 94 section 1 of the Act of 11September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1605, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Act. 4. The Ordering Party does not require the employment of persons on the basis of an employment relationship during the execution of the order. 5. The Ordering Party does not plan to conduct an electronic auction. 6. OrdersThe operator did not conduct preliminary market consultations before initiating the proceedings. 7. The Ordering Party, within the limits specified in Art. 462 et seq. the Act allows for the execution of the subject of the order - in each part of the order - by the Contractor using subcontractors. 8.
