The Ordering Party invites you to submit an offer for the supply of elements for the Nibco system. The valuation form with a description, the draft Purchase Order and the General Terms and Conditions of the Order for deliveries are available in the Attachments tab. The offer should be submitted via the Company's purchasing platform, only from your profile registered on the Purchasing Platform by attaching the Offer Form in the Attachments tab. It is assumed that the person posting all documents, applications, notices and offers on the Company's purchasing platform is authorized by the Contractor and acts on his behalf. Any documents requiring signatures of persons representing the Contractor must be submitted: - in electronic form - a scan (with visible signatures of persons representing the Contractor) or - in electronic form with a qualified electronic signature. Documents must be of an appropriate quality of at least 150 dpi (enabling reading the content contained in the document). The Ordering Party allows the possibility of awarding the order to the Contractor who submits the most advantageous offer in the purchase mode pursuant to § 7 section 2 points 6) regulations R-PZP-02 Providing water supply and sewage systems by the Municipal Water and Sewerage Company in the capital city Warszawie S.A. public procurement not covered by the obligation to apply the Public Procurement Law - edition 01 (published on the website www.mpwik.com.pl.)
