The subject of the public procurement is the supply of electrical materials needed by the central management and the branches of "Irrigation Systems" EAD to carry out daily minor construction and repair works in the buildings owned by the company.

In the technical specification from the documentation of thisan open procedure contains information on the type and volume, as well as the technical requirements of the Contracting Authority for the supplies subject to the public procurement, namely the supply of electrical materials.

On the basis of Art. 104, para. 2 of the Civil Code, in connection with Art. 61 of PPZOP, the Contracting Authority foresees the evaluation of technicaland the price proposals of the participants in the present procedure for the award of a public contract to be carried out before the examination of the documents and the check for the presence of grounds for removal and for compliance with the selection criteria. In this case, the check for grounds for dismissalevaluation and compliance with the selection criteria is carried out in a way that is not affected by the results of the evaluation of the technical and price proposals
