The subject of the order is the supply of new, unused electrical materials for the 31st Tactical Air Base. The Ordering Party does not limit the number of tasks for which the Contractor may submit an offer, and offers for individual tasks must be complete. Detailed description and scope of the subject of the order were included in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ (price form), which included the required minimum quality parameters of the products. If the description of the subject of the order indicates trademarks, patents, origin, source or a specific process that characterizes it specific products or services, this means that the Ordering Party cannot describe the subject of the order in a sufficiently precise and understandable way and this is justified by the specific nature of the subject of the order. In such situations, any use of the above indications should be read with the words "or equivalent.
