Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new, unused, complete and free from physical and legal defects device, in accordance with the requirements specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order. 2. The offered device must come from the manufacturer's legal distribution channel and be intended for trade within the European Union and has the CE marking, if required by law. 3. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the order together with all the elements necessary for its proper use, in particular cables, power supplies, accessories, drivers, licenses, manuals and other elements required to run the device in accordance with its intended purpose. 4. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the order to the place indicated by the Ordering Party and, after prior arrangement of the date with the Ordering Party's representative, take it to the indicated room. 5.
