At the opening of the current procedure, no funding was provided for its implementation. Implementation of the contract will begin upon receipt by the contractor of a letter of assignment sent to him by the contracting authority, confirming that financing has been secured and indicating a deadline for depositing the performance bond and presentation by the contractor of the specified contract performance guarantee.
