Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of an echocardiographic device for the needs of Cardiological Rehabilitation (task no. 1), an ultrasound device for punctures for the needs of the Cardiology Department (task no. 2) and a transthoracic sector transducer matrix for the echocardiographic device owned by the Ordering Party (task no. 3) (hereinafter referred to as equipment), described in detail in the List of Required Functions and Technical Parameters constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, in the quantities indicated in the price form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with with the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 2. Purchase by the Ordering Party of the equipment referred to in section 1 will be made under the contract AGREEMENT No KPOD.07.02-IP.10-0374/25/KPO/656/2026/52 for support from the development plan for the project "Development and modernization of cardiology at the Regional Specialist Hospital in Grudziądz" implemented under the National Plan for Reconstruction and Increasing Resiliences: Component D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the health care system" Investment D1.1.1 "Development and modernization of the infrastructure of highly specialized care centers and other medical entities" (hereinafter referred to as the agreement to cover the project support from the development plan). 3.
