1. The subject of the order is the delivery of medical equipment by the Contractor, including: echocardiography device (task no. 1), ultrasound devices (task no. 2), described in detail in the List of Required Functions and Technical Parameters constituting Annex No. 6 to this SWZ, in the quantities indicated in the Price Form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 2. Purchase of the equipment referred to by the Ordering Party referred to in section 1 will be made under contract No. UM_WR.431.3.266.2025 for co-financing the project "Purchase of rehabilitation equipment for the Dr. Wł. Biegański Regional Specialist Hospital in Grudziądz" No. FEKP.06.10-IZ.00-0005/25 co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund under Priority 6.
