Tender Details

1. The subject of the contract is the provision and implementation by the Contractor to the Ministry of Justice of an IT solution covering Functionality of multi -level protection of e -mail, protection of access to the Internet, platforms for analysis of malicious files, module protection network shares and management module with accompanying services.
Deliveries, installations, configuration and launch of a system consisting of:
a) a multi -level module of e -mail protection,
b) Internet access module,
c) module for analyzing malicious files,
d) module for the protection of network shares,
e) management module,
according with the technical specification described in chapter II of Annex 2 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract,
granting or ensuring granting all licenses required for the proper operation of the system as a whole, as well as its individual elements for 2, 000 users, for a period of 36 months,
delivery of the equipment required for the proper operation of the system,
granting the Ministry of Justice a warranty on the delivered Under the Agreement, the System, including a warranty on hardware and software, for a period of 36 months from signing the system implementation protocol and provides warranty services in this period in the scope of the implemented system, as part of the remuneration resulting from the contract,
