Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a Dynatrace subscription or equivalent solution along with technical support and expert hours. 2. The order was divided into a basic order and an option right: 2.1. Basic order: delivery A subscription that includes listed products in the Table presented in point 5.1. Chapter II SWZ - OPZ or an equivalent solution, in accordance with the description of equivalence specified in point 8 OPZ, incl with the provision of Manufacturer's Technical Support - in accordance with Chapter II SWZ - OPZ; 2.2. Order under the option: provision of Expert Support, up to a maximum of 100 man-hours - on the terms described in detail in point. 6 of Chapter II SWZ - OPZ. 3. The subject of the order has been described in detail in Chapter II SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract. 4. Pursuant to Art. 139 of the Public Procurement Law provides for the reverse order of evaluation of offers, i.e. it will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then make a subjective qualification of the Contractor whose offer has been accepted. the highest rated, in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings. 5.
