Tender Details

The subject of this public contract is the production, delivery and installation of urban furniture - durable benches according to the production documentation provided by the Technical Administration of Communications of the capital. m. Prahy, a.s., to which the contracting authority is authorized on the basis of a sublicense agreement and security their installation (or disassembly and disposal) and placement in places designated by the client within the territory of the Prague 6 Municipal Council. Part of the scope of performance also includes ensuring the dismantling of existing benches in places designated by the client, their removal and disposal in accordance with legal regulations. For the avoidance of doubt, the client adds to the above that the normal maintenance of benches after their installation is not the subject of this public contract. Fulfillment includes in particular: • production and delivery of approx. 1000 pieces of durable benches in accordance with technical specifications specification of the subject of performance (with backrest, without backrest, with armrests, etc.), which forms Appendix No. 3 ZD, • their transportation to the place of fulfillment within the Prague 6 district, • installation of benches, including minor earthwork and surface work necessary for installation, namely including the disposal of packaging, construction rubble/waste on vacant sites, or dismantling of existing benches, their removal and disposal in accordance with legal regulations, subsequent placement of new benches in the same places according to the client's needs, • compulsory bench measures logotypes of HMP and MČ Prague 6, • transfer of performance based on transfer protocols, • providing a guarantee for the benches delivered and the installation carried out.
