1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a dryer with a drying kinetics recording system - 1 piece. 2. The required device is a brand new, unused device, which has not been the subject of exhibitions or presentations before, free from physical and legal defects, complete and ready for use after installation, approved for trading and use in the Republic of Poland in accordance with applicable law. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ Form of required technical conditions, which contains the required minimum technical, functional and operational parameters. 4. The detailed scope of rights and obligations related to the execution of the order is specified in the Draft Agreement constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ.
