Tender Details

The subject of the work is the replacement of 2 existing ALFALAVAL dry heat exchangers, which have reached their end of life, with new ones with a capacity of 6MW. The number of coolers is based on the designer's proposal, taking into account the limitations of the existing space and the load-bearing capacity of the building's roof. The existing two ALFALAVAL exchangers (water/air) are used to cool the heating water from return branches of the Žatec hot water network. They are located on the roof of the ORC biomass boiler house. Furthermore, the subject of the work is the division and modification of the existing heating water distribution to the newly installed coolers with a connection of 2 x DN 200 and the existing REFTECO cooler with a connection of 2 x DN 150. Part of the implementation of the work is the development project documentation for the execution of the work. The subject of the completed documentation will be the possibility of the realization of the work with a detailed list of works and supplies with measurement statements, material specifications (hereinafter referred to as "project" or "project documentation"). Part of the documentation is the thermal and hydraulic calculation of the new cooler and static assessment of the roof structure due to the location of the new dry cooler.
