Task No. 1 Task no. 2 Task no. 3 The subject of the order is the supply of drugs for drug programs. Medicines must be registered in the B.29, B.144, B.133 drug programs. The Contractor declares that the offered medicinal products within the scope of the subject matter orders are registered with an indication for use in the drug program, in accordance with the current announcement of the Minister of Health. Detailed requirements for the execution of the order are specified in the contract template and the assortment and price form constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ and Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, respectively. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting partial offers (3 tasks), in accordance with Annex. No. 2 to SWZ, which is an assortment and price form.
