The purchase is financed under the Emergency Access to Drug Technologies (RDTL) procedure. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. The subject of the order is only one medicinal substance and therefore there is no possibility of dividing the order into parts. The Ordering Party declares that, being the data administrator and taking into account the provisions of the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter GDPR), it has implemented security measures adequate to the identified risks and providing a guarantee of proper security of personal data transferred as part of the proceedings.
