1. The description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 - Detailed price offer, and Annex No. 5 Designed provisions of the contract.2. The offered products that are medical devices must have approval for marketing and use in the health service in accordance with applicable legal provisions, including products classified as medical devices within the meaning of the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620).3. The offered goods must meet the quality conditions specified in specifications of the order conditions and in the Contractor's tender offer and must have appropriate certificates and approvals.4. The validity period of the subject of the order must be at least 12 months from the date of delivery.
