Tender Details

The subject of the order is the successive delivery of dressing materials, operational sets as well as underwear and one -time occupancy. The subject of the order was divided into 20 tasks. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including required: parameters, size, quantity, unit of measure defines the form Assortment and price, constituting Annex 1 to SWZ. The offered subject of the contract, as a medical product, must be approved for trading and use in accordance with the conditions set out in the Act of 07.04.2022. on medical devices (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620, as amended) and executive acts to her and have an appropriate certificate, declaration of compliance or other documents required by law.

The contractor will deliver the subject of the order to the hospital pharmacy warehouse.

Task 1 - detailed description, size and size of the demand - in accordance with Annex 1 to SWZ "assortment and price form"
