The subject of the order is the supply of dressing materials for the needs of the Ordering Party, the quantity, type and price of which are listed in Annex No. 2 - Assortment and price form. Individual quantities given in the assortment and price form - Appendix No. 2 to SWZ products constitutes an estimate of the quantity expected to be purchased during the term of the contract. The final quantity will result from the actual needs of the Ordering Party during the order execution period. The quantity of goods ordered may change during the term of the contract supplies interchangeably equal to the total gross value of the contract. The Contractor declares that it will not pursue any claims from the Ordering Party in this respect. The Ordering Party undertakes to purchase at least 60% of the size of the order item. The contractor undertakes delivers the subject of the contract successively in the form of partial deliveries. The Ordering Party reserves the right to place orders without limits as to the scope and quantity of partial deliveries.
