Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of new dressing materials for the needs of the Ordering Party. 1) The order includes delivery according to the assortment and in the quantity indicated on the Assortment and Price Form constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, presented therein quantities include a summary for a period of 12 months. The actual quantities will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party. The ordering party will complete the order in at least 60% of the contract value.2) The product range constituting the subject of the order must meet the requirements contained in the relevant European standards and be admitted to trading and use in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620). At each request of the Ordering Party, the Contractor is obliged to submit current copies documents confirming the required authorization for marketing and use in Poland. 3) Together with the subject of delivery, the Contractor lent the Ordering Party, for the duration of the contract concluded as a result of the resolution of these proceedings, 2 pieces of sleeve welding machines necessary for operation of the offered subject of the order.4) The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of changing the essential terms of the contract, i.e. changing...
