1. The subject of the proceedings is the supply of dolomite aggregates in an estimated amount of approximately 2, 500 Mg, intended for renovation and repair of municipal roads.2. Expected assortment and approximate material scope of the order: - dolomite aggregate with a fraction of 4 - 31.5 mm (tolerance for the larger fraction +/- 4 mm) approx. 2, 100 Mg. - dolomite aggregate with a fraction of 31.5 - 63 mm (tolerance for the larger fraction +/- 4 mm) approx. 400 Mg.3. The amount specified above is an estimate. The ordering party will each time specify the delivery quantity. Actual quantity purchased aggregate will depend on the actual needs of the Ordering Party and will not exceed the total value of the order specified in the offer and contract.4. The aggregate will be delivered from the Mine to the place indicated in the commune by the Ordering Party's employee, at a distance of no more than 12 km from the city of Wolbrz, at the expense and with the Contractor's own transport.5. For the delivery, the Contractor will be obliged to use, depending on needs, self-unloading vehicles with a capacity of up to 10 Mg or from 10 to 30 Mg.6.
