Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply (goods + transport) of dolomite aggregate fractions 4-31.5 mm and 0-31.5 mm, in accordance with the PN-EN 13043:2004 and PN-EN 13242+A1:2010 standards, for hardening roads managed by the Ordering Party in the city and commune of Gra Kalwaria in 2026, for an amount not exceeding PLN 450, 000.00 gross. The ordering party reserves the right to perform laboratory quality control testing of a sample of the supplied aggregate in order to confirm compliance with the standard. The ordering party reserves the right to control weighing the amount of delivered aggregate in order to check compliance with the Contractor's transport documents. In such a case, due to the travel time to the weighing site, the transport distance may be longer. However, this does not affect the price specified in section 2 of this agreement. Aggregate it must not contain foreign contaminants in the form of: wires, nails that may damage road vehicles or other contaminants (unsorted aggregate, etc.) and must not contain elements harmful to the environment (asbestos, ashes, etc.).
