1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a crew car up to 3.5 tons, DOKA type, year of production of the subject of the order is at least 2022. 1.1. The Ordering Party allows for the delivery of a used vehicle, which will be registered.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included Appendix No. 2 to SWZ.3. Delivery and collection of the vehicle that is the subject of the order will take place on working days from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the following address: Zakad Cleaning City at ul. Bieawin 5, 22 100 Chem.4. The offer should include the pricing of all services accompanying, indirectly related to the subject of the proceedings, i.e. in particular: delivery of the subject of the order.5. The minimum warranty conditions are specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
