1. The subject of the tender is the selection of a contractor who will deliver orthopedic implants to the District Hospital in Zakopane for use in traumatic and orthopedic surgery, including:

1) Cementless hip joint endoprosthesis - 160 pieces, according to the list of min. these parameterstechnical, qualitative and functional parameters specified in point 4.13 SWZ (Package - No. 1),

2) Cemented endoprosthesis of the hip joint - 50 pieces, according to the list of min. technical, quality and functional parameters specified in point 4.14 SWZ (Package No. 2),

3) Fixed condylar endoprosthesisknee joint cemented 80 pieces, according to the list min. technical, quality and functional parameters specified in point 4.15 SWZ (Package - No. 3),

4) Condylar endoprosthesis of the knee joint - cementless - 40 pieces, according to the list of min. technical parameters, qualityfunctional and functional requirements specified in point 4.16 SWZ (Package - No. 4),

5) Cementless and cemented single-compartment knee endoprosthesis - 60 pieces, according to the list of min. technical, quality and functional parameters specified in point 4.17 SWZ (Package No. 5),
