The order includes the delivery of distinctive signs for police uniform clothing, with minimum quantities of items, as indicated in "Additional Information" (VT-300-LOT) in the announcement and IV.4) "Description of the subject of the contract" in the decision under Art. 22, para. 1 of the PPA. The amount of each oneThe items will be determined depending on the unit price offered by the selected contractor to reach the estimated Stoyst (without option), namely up to BGN 734 870, 00 without VAT.
The contracting authority reserves the right to an "option for additional quantities", according to Art. 21, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act and Art. 5 of PPPOP, to the amount of BGN 734 870, 00 excluding VAT, in case there is a need for additional award and in the presence of financial resources. The option is implemented by concluding an additional agreement to the contract for the award of a public procurement on the grounds of Art. 116, para. 1, item 1 of PPA.
