A detailed description of the subject of the order, including information on the assortment, quantity and requirements, was specified in Attached to the SWZ in the Assortment and Price Form, which constitutes its integral part. 3. The subject of the order will be delivered at the expense, risk and transport of the Contractor. 4.The place of delivery is the registered office of the Ordering Party. 5. Terms of implementation of the Subject The orders were also included in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, constituting an Annex to the SWZ. 6. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers, covering all items indicated in a given part. An offer may be submitted in relation to to one or more or all parts of the order. 7.
