Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of disposable catering items (biodegradable tableware), divided into 6 (six) parts (tasks).

2. Requirements, quantities and a detailed description of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and other tender documentation, whichwill be posted on the website of the proceedings

3. The Ordering Party provides for the right of option in the proceedings in question. The right of option means that the Ordering Party will definitely purchase the basic quantity. The Contractor is not entitled to any claims against the Ordering Partyi.e. the implementation of optional deliveries. The Ordering Party will present the quantities it will use under the option right within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. If the Ordering Party fails to comply with the above-mentioned deadline, the Contractor must give written consent to the implementation of the "optional delivery".
