"Delivery of disk arrays for the needs of the Poznań Center for Specialized Medical Services" 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 2 pieces of SAN disk array. 2. The offered matrix must be a brand new product, covered by the manufacturer's warranty come from the manufacturer's official sales channel in the European Union. Refurbished, demonstration or exhibition arrays are not permitted. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in the draft agreement constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. 4. The Ordering Party requires a quality guarantee and warranty for defects on the completed subject of the order for a period of not less than 60 months from the date of signing (without comments) of the final protocol reception. 5.The subject of this order 1.
