Delivery of disk arrays along with implementation and support The subject of the order is the provision of services including pre-implementation analysis, implementation, configuration, integration and data migration for enterprise disk array infrastructure along with data security mechanisms (encryption, protection against ransomware) along with tests, training and development of technical documentation. 1. The subject of the order is the supply of disk arrays along with implementation and support. 2. Order is due be performed in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the order (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ) and the draft contract (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ). 3. Identification of the subject of the contract using names and codes from the Common Procurement Vocabulary CPV: 30233141-1: Redundant matrix independent disks (RAID) 4. The contractor will provide a warranty for the subject of the order for a minimum period of 60 months. 5. Delivered subject of the contract: 1) will be brand new, complete, operational, ready for use, unused and unrefurbished, unrepaired, not was reprocessed (non-fabricated), 2) does not have any physical or legal defects that limit the possibility of its proper use, 3) is admitted to trading in the territory of the Republic of Poland. 6.
