1. The subject of this order is the delivery of a disk array shelf for the needs of the Medical University of Warsaw.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, specifying the type and quantity, is specified in the Form of required technical conditions, constituting Annex No. 2 to SWZ.
3. The Contractor's obligations will include the implementation of the subject of the order in accordance with the provisions of the Draft Agreement, constituting the Annex. No. 6 to SWZ.

5.
