1. The subject of the order is the supply of disinfection preparations. The ordering party divided the subject of the order into 2 parts. The Ordering Party allows for the submission of partial offers. An offer may be submitted for all parts of the order. A detailed description and method of order execution are included in the assortment and price table constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, and the contract template constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 2. The Ordering Party declares that, being the data administrator and taking into account the provisions of the Act On May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), it has implemented security measures adequate to the risks it has identified and guaranteeing proper protection of personal data transferred as part of the proceedings.
