The subject of the public procurement includes the supply of various types of antiseptics and disinfectants. The contracting authority divides the order into 2 (two) separate items. Specific items No. 1÷2 are detailed in the Technical Specification - Annex no 1, an integral part of this procurement documentation. The contracting authority sets a requirement for the complexity of the offer. The guarantee for implementation is in the amount of 2% (two percent) of the value of the contract, excluding VAT and is released according to the draft contract. Offer validity period - The offer validity period is 6 (six) calendar months from the date that specified for the date of receipt of the offer. Place of execution of the order: UMBALSM N. I. Pirogov EAD - Sofia, Totleben Blvd. No. 21. On the basis of Art. 104, para. 2 of the ZOP, the evaluation of the technical and price proposals of the participants will be carried out before review of documents for compliance with selection criteria.
