1. The subject of the order is the supply of: The subject of the order is the supply of disinfectants, the detailed requirements and quantities of which are specified in Annex No. 2 to this SWZ Product and price form.1) The order will be executed within the next 12 months.2) Validity date and number series must be marked on the packaging of each disinfectant. 3) The expiration date and batch number must be included on the invoice or on a document attached to the invoice. 4) The Ordering Party will place the order by e-mail. 5) Delivery to the Pharmacy warehouse at the Ordering Party's premises will be made at the Ordering Party's expense and risk. Contractors1.1.
