The subject of the order is the supply of digital solutions as part of development e-services: Expansion of the HIS system and purchase of devices for digitizing medical documentation for the Świętokrzyskie Center for Mother and Newborn. including: a) Extension of EDM with new statutory documents, b) HIS system support (36 months), c)Integration license i additional HIS system stations, d)Integration of hospital IT systems for indexing new EDM documents in the P1 system, e)Integration with CeZ - treatment card - digitization and indexation, f)Purchase of scanners for digitization (3 pcs). 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, as well as the terms of warranty and service, are set out in Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. 3. General principles of equivalence of solutions: a) The Ordering Party will consider the same solution to be equivalent to the specified solution intended use, technical, qualitative and functional features corresponding to the technical, qualitative and functional features indicated in the description of the subject of the order, or better, marked with another trademark, patent or origin. b) An equivalent solution must enable the achievement of the goal assumed by the Ordering Party through performance and functional parameters affecting the effectiveness of operation, which are the same or better than the minimum requirements indicated...
