Tender Details

The subject of performance is the construction of the Digital Archive of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as "DIGAR") as complex software and hardware solution, its subsequent development and operation support. The subject of the public contract is further specified in more detail in Appendix No. 4 (Technical documentation) and Annex No. 2 (Contractual Documentation) of the procurement documentation and Annex No. 3 and No. 4 of Annex No. 2 of the procurement documentation (Functional/Non-functional requirements). Regarding Annex No. 4 (Technical Documentation) of the tender documentation, then this attachment represents Appendix No. 1 of Appendix No. 2 of the "Implementation Agreement" and is a non-publicly accessible part procurement documentation available upon request after signing a confidentiality agreement information and confidentiality according to Annex No. 8 of the procurement documentation. The contractor will make available the relevant agreement on the preservation of confidential information and confidentiality within three working days at the latest days from the delivery of the supplier's request for its provision. In such a case, the contracting authority will make it available supplier, Annex No. 4.
