"Delivery of diesel oil for the needs of the Waste Management Plant in Poznań sp. z o.o." 1. The subject of the order is the successive supply of diesel oil for the needs of the Waste Management Plant in Poznań sp. z o. o. 2.The subject of the order includes delivery with the Contractor's own transport to the facilities: - Waste landfill of the city of Poznań in Suchy Las, ul. Meteorytowa 1, - Biocomposting plant in Poznań, ul. Meteorytowa 3, diesel oil in the amount of up to 857, 900 liters in total for the entire period validity of the contract. 3. The given amount of diesel oil is only an estimated parameter, and the remuneration will correspond to the number of Supplies received by the Ordering Party. 4. A single delivery of diesel oil will depend on the needs of the Ordering Party and will take place in the following quantities: a) Waste landfill of the city of Poznań in Suchy Las, ul. Meteorytowa 1 - in an amount of not less than 2, 000 liters and not more than 5, 000 liters, b) Biocomposting plant in Poznań, ul. Meteorytowa 3 - in no smaller quantities than 500 liters and not more than 2, 500 liters. 5. The Contractor will deliver diesel fuel using its own tank trucks equipped with pumps, due to the above-ground location of the tanks.
