1). The subject of the order is the successive purchase and unloading (refueling into the tank) of diesel oil (ON) in the amount of 15, 000. liters (estimated maximum scope of the order) to the tank located at the Commune Office in Aleksandrów. Final quantity of the ordered diesel oil will depend on the actual needs of the Ordering Party, with the minimum, guaranteed scope of the order being no less than 8, 000. liters. The Ordering Party declares that the ordered and delivered diesel oil will be entirely used for refueling vehicles and equipment owned or used by him, as well as vehicles and equipment of Volunteer Fire Department units in the Aleksandrw Commune.2). The volume of partial deliveries will result from the current demand submitted by authorized representatives of the Ordering Party. Partial deliveries (approximately 7 times) must be completed within the time specified by the Contractor in the offer (offer evaluation criterion).
