The detailed conditions under which the Ordering Party will award the order, including in particular the obligations of the Contractor, are set out in this ToR, in particular Annex No. 5 to the SWZ (contract template). Diesel oil must meet the requirements contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015. on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1314). Diesel must meet all quality requirements in accordance with applicable regulations, i.e. the Polish standard PN-EN 590. The place of delivery of diesel oil is the tanks located at the headquarters of the Ordering Party, i.e.: Plant Breeding and Acclimatization Institute - National Research Institute in Radzikowie, Bonin Experimental Plant, Bonin 48, 76-009 Bonin. Delivery of diesel oil to the Bonin Experimental Plant successively in quantities depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party: the estimated quantity of diesel oil ordered is 120, 000 liters; the approximate quantity of a single delivery of diesel oil is: 10, 000 liters.
