Task No. 1 - Delivery of anesthesia machines Task No. 2 - Delivery of the C-arm X-ray machine - Emergency Department Task No. 3 - Delivery of the C-arm X-ray machine - Emergency Department Task No. 4 - Delivery of the operating table 1. The subject of the order is the supply of anesthesia machines (task No. 1), the C-arm X-ray machine - Emergency Room (task No. 2), the C-arm X-ray machine - Emergency Room (task No. 3) and the operating table (task No. 4) (hereinafter referred to as equipment), described in detail in the List of Required Functions and Technical Parameters constituting Annex No. 6 to this SWZ, in the quantities indicated in the Price Form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 2.
