Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of anesthesia machines (task No. 1), C-arm X-ray machine - Emergency Department (task No. 2), C-arm X-ray machine - Emergency Department (task No. 3) and an operating table (task No. 4) (hereinafter referred to as equipment), described in detail in the Summary Required Functions and Technical Parameters constituting Annex No. 6 to this SWZ, in the quantities indicated in the Price Form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 4 to SWZ. 2. Purchase by the Ordering Party of the equipment referred to in section 1 will be made under the contract AGREEMENT No. KPOD.07.02-IP.10-0374/25/KPO/656/2026/52 for support from the development plan for the project "Development and modernization of cardiology in Regional Specialist Hospital in Grudziądz" implemented under the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan: Component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system" Investment D1.1.1 "Development and modernization of the infrastructure of centers highly specialized care and other medical entities” The Ordering Party informs that in the proceedings in question conducted as an open tender, it envisages the possibility of applying the procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law Using the above-mentioned procedure, the Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion...
