4.1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of devices for the expansion of IT infrastructure for data storage in accordance with the description of the subject of the order - Annex A to SWZ

The Ordering Party allowsand submitting equivalent offers. The Contractor may offer equipment with the same or better technical, quality and functional parameters, meeting the minimum parameters specified by the Ordering Party in Annex A to the SWZ.

The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to indicate in the offer the parts of the order the execution of which he intends to entrust to subcontractors and to provide the names of possible subcontractors if they are already known.
