1. Delivery of a device for visualizing documentation of electrophoretic gels. Further information regarding the description of the Equipment and the scope of delivery is provided later in the announcement (Description Section 5.1), and full and comprehensive information in the indicated scope is provided SWZ. 2. Whenever a term from the following is used in this announcement, it shall be understood as: 1) PZP Act - Polish Act of 11/09/2019 - Public Procurement Law, 2) SWZ or Order Documents - prepared for this purpose procedure (and open tender procedure) procurement document referred to in Art. 133 and 134 of the Public Procurement Law with annexes, including Annex No. 2 (Technical and scope of delivery) and the Contract Template; 3) Template of the Agreement - draft provisions of the agreement order, the content of which is provided in the annex to the SWZ. Delivery of an apparatus for visualizing documentation of electrophoretic gels (hereinafter referred to as the "Equipment"). 1. Description of the minimum technical requirements and other types of properties of the Equipment - provided in Annex 2 to SWZ. 2. The scope of delivery constituting the subject of this order includes at least: 1) Sale and delivery of the offered Equipment to the Ordering Party (hereinafter referred to as the "Place of Equipment Delivery"), which will be located in Plewiska near Poznań. The specific address of the Place of Equipment Delivery is provided in the Agreement Template; 2) Preparation for operation by the Ordering Party of the Equipment delivered to it, consisting at least of carrying out in the City...
