Tender Details

Delivery, development and operation of the software solution of the agenda information system The subject of the public contract is the provision of the following services by the supplier: i. delivery of the agenda information system (hereinafter referred to as "PORT") consisting of gradual development a PORT implementation, which means its gradual creation, development and implementation into the server and communication infrastructure provided by the supplier for its operation; a ii. ensuring the operation of the PORT, including ensuring the server and communication infrastructure is secured a supplier for its operation and ensuring cooperation in the migration of data from the current software solution used by the client to PORT, with the provision that this infrastructure will be a cloud computing service in the sense of Act No. 365/2000 Coll., on information systems public administration and on the amendment of some other laws, as amended. The subject of the public contract is described in detail in the tender documentation annexes, especially in Annex No. 2 (binding draft contract).
